Why software

My fascination with computers started young. I remember being amazed that a few lines of code could become something interactive and useful. That curiosity never faded, it only grew.

After graduating summa cum laude in Programming at PXL Hasselt, I wanted to go deeper. The Application Development track at Thomas More Geel covers everything from interface design to backend architecture, which is exactly the range I enjoy.

What keeps me here is the blend of logic and creativity. Every project is a blank canvas with constraints, and finding the elegant answer inside those constraints never gets old.

How I work

Clean code

Readable, maintainable code that the next person (often me) can pick up without a guide.

Always learning

New frameworks, languages and patterns. The field moves fast, so I try to move with it.

Problem first

Break the hard thing into small, solvable pieces, then make the solution feel obvious.

Real impact

Software reaches a lot of people. Building tools that genuinely help them is the best part.

Away from the keyboard

The gym

Training consistently keeps me disciplined and focused, and it is the best reset after a long day of code.
